Nicolas Dittgen, M.A., PhD student
About the person
Nicolas Dittgen is employed as a PhD student for participatory digitality in the museum sector at the DSM. Previously, he worked as a research assistant and project coordinator for various digital projects, such as the k:evatool developed as part of museum4punkt0, in the Cultural Education Department of the Klassik Stiftung Weimar. Nicolas Dittgen completed his academic traineeship at the Badisches Landesmuseum in Karlsruhe in the folklore department. His work focuses on the development and research of digital offerings, visitor research, and critical museum work. He studied empirical cultural studies/cultural anthropology in Tübingen, Munich and Basel.
